Loadhouses

A loadhouse is a complete loading bay, encompassing all the essential components of a typical loading dock. These invariably include a door, a door seal, a loading bridge, wall cladding, a protective roof, and a vehicle restraint system. Given the wide range of requirements for individual loadhouses, certain components may vary in size, colour, and function. Additionally, optional components can be integrated into the loadhouse. For instance, docking aids or loading lights can be installed to enhance both functionality and safety.

Since loadhouses do not require any structural modifications to the building, they can be installed almost anywhere. The key advantage of a loadhouse is that it can be simply placed in front of the existing goods entrance without the need for any special installation measures. This preserves the entire floor space inside the building and the self-contained system retains its flexibility. Furthermore, the loadhouse can be custom sized to fit existing dimensions and can be visually integrated into the existing building facade through adaptable designs.
