Sustainability at the heart of Swedish production site

With more than 300 people employed at Eskilstuna, our main production site for cylinders in Scandinavia, the project has focused on making the entire facility sustainable. We have significantly reduced energy consumption by using the Internet of Things for our systems and devices and systems to talk to each other and report their status in real time.

Our new waste management onsite helps us to recycle efficiently and take care of all of our waste responsibly, while a rooftop solar park will generate about 50 percent of the site’s electricity needs.
