The PZ2 panels are produced in standard dimensions 60 x 500 x 2500 mm from profiled steel sheets with a thickness of 2 mm each, with internal reinforcements and filling. The panels are installed in profiles (C-profile - bottom, L-profile or C-profile - top). They can be fixed by welding, bolting or riveting. As a standard, the panels are made entirely of zinc plated steel sheets and do not require additional anti-corrosion protection. They can be powder coated in RAL colors on request. Optionally, they can be made in non-standard dimensions. The weight of the standard panel is 75 kg. . After installation, the panels can be covered with gypsum boards or left uncovered if powder coated option is applied.

The KST fixed grids are made of steel bars ø20 with a maximum bar spacing of 120 mm and steel flat bars 6x45 with a maximum spacing of 400 mm, in a frame made of L- profile, C-profile or closed profile. The openable grid type KSR and KSRK is suspended on two or three steel, welded hinges with ball bearings. The frame is made of a steel sheet 2 mm thick. The grid can also be made on a shared frame with a door leaf. The KSR grid can be equipped with multipoint lock or single-point lock. The KSRK grid is equipped with certified fixation for padlock. The openable grids can be equipped with an electric strike, position contact, door closer and other equipment.

The steel grids KST4 are designed to secure rooms where a high level of security is required. They are used as additional protection of windows and doors or as the only safety barrier, e.g. dividing the corridor or room into zones and as protection of ventilation ducts, air intake, etc. The KST4 grids are made of steel bars ø20 with a maximum bar spacing of 120 mm and steel flat bars 6x45 with a maximum spacing of 400 mm, in a frame made of L-profile, C-profile or closed profile. DOOR ENERGY are carried out under the construction of the door DL1.1 or DC3.1 in single or double-leaf of galvanized and used in the public (mainly in the energy sector) in which high security is required and effective ventilation. A characteristic feature of the door energy are air vents that can be made in the form of solid or as blind embossing, from a small area at the bottom or top part of the wing to full-surface.

The oversized door/gate type BR2.4 are made on the basis of a block structure from the profile 3 mm thick with the filling of zinc plated steel sheet 1,5 mm thick. The maximum dimension in passage clearance is 4500x4500 mm. The dimensions may be changed but not more than a maximum of 20.25 m2 of the surface area. The maximum weight of the leaf is 500 kg. They can be made in a version with a symmetrical or asymmetrical division, with full leaves, glazed or with a technical transition -  wicket. The oversized door BR2.4 has undergone appropriate tests in research institutes and meets the safety and operational requirements specified in the EN 13241 standard.

The BR2.4 door is characterized by a thermal transmittance of 1.3 W/m²K and a burglary resistance class RC4.

The DL1.1 doors are manufactured in various sizes. They are steel doors with profiled rebates on four edges. The door leaf with a thickness of 50 mm is composed of two zinc plated steel sheets 1 mm thick. The construction is reinforced internally by „L” profiles. The space between profiles is filled with mineral wool. „C” or „L” profile frame is made of zinc plated steel sheet 2 mm thick. On the perimeter of the door leaf, there are EPDM rebate gaskets. EPDM gaskets are also installed along the perimeter of the frame, except for the threshold. The door can be equipped with a threshold of 20 mm high or a drop down seal. The door leaf is equipped with two hinges ø20 with ball bearings, main lock minimum class 3, stainless steel handle, two anti-burglary bolts. The DL1.1 door can be used as external and internal door, opened outwards or inwards.

The DL1.1 door can be glazed with anti-burglary glass with a minimum class P4 in various shapes and arrangements. They can be made in version with full or glazed upper and side panels.
