ASSA ABLOY finalizes the Valli&Valli acquisition
In January it was announced that ASSA ABLOY had entered into an agreement to acquire Valli&Valli, a leading Italian manufacturer of design handles.
The acquisition is now finalized and the company will be consolidated from 1 July 2008.
Valli&Valli is based near Milan, Italy. The company employs 170 people and is expected to reach a turnover of more than EUR 30 M in 2008.
