ASSA ABLOY strengthens its market position in the Czech Republic and Slovakia

The acquisition of RIS strengthens ASSA ABLOY's position in both countries, especially in the area of electromechanics. This complements the market leading position already achieved by FAB. RIS currently has annual sales of CZK 58 M (SEK 14 M).
