Code of Conduct for Business Partners

We believe in social and environmental responsibility and ethical conduct, and expect our business partners to do the same. We have long-term sustainability in mind and thus aim at building sustainable relationships with our business partners.

Also we, together with our business partners, have an obligation to all stakeholders to observe high standards of integrity and fair dealing. This is the foundation for our Code of Conduct for Business Partners. 

Our policies and the Code of Conduct for Business Partners are further based on:

  • United Nations Global Compact
  • ILO Tripartite Declaration of Principles concerning
         Multinational Enterprises and Social Policy
  • OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises
  • ISO 14001

Who does the Code of Conduct for Business Partners apply to? 

The Code of Conduct for Business Partners applies to all our business partners that provide products or services to ASSA ABLOY, or that are engaged or instructed to act for or on behalf of ASSA ABLOY, such as suppliers (and sub-contractors if used while engaging with ASSA ABLOY), consultants, distributors, agents and other representatives.
