When inserted, the key communicates directly with the electronic locking cylinder. If the stored authorizations match, the cylinder grants access. Communication is encrypted and reliably protects against tampering.
Electronic locking systems are more flexible than mechanical locking systems. If a key is lost, simply block it in the management software – there’s no need to replace the cylinder. Thanks to digital management, those responsible can adapt access authorizations specifically to building structures, organizational models, or security levels.
One major advantage: the electronic solutions KESO eCLIQ and KESO CLIQ Go do not require a power supply on the door. The energy is supplied by the key – which makes installation easier and is particularly suitable for retrofitting.

KESO eCLIQ is the modular solution for professional electronic locking – ideal for complex building requirements. The system combines flexible access management with low-maintenance technology and is one of the most established solutions for electronic locking systems in Switzerland.
Locking cylinders
KESO eCLIQ cylinders are available in numerous designs, such as profile cylinders, round cylinders, or locking lever cylinders. They do not require wiring or batteries, as the energy is supplied via the key. This makes installation easier – even when retrofitting.
Keys
The eCLIQ keys contain a lithium button cell battery for the power supply and store individual access rights. They are robust, designed for daily use, and can be quickly reprogrammed when needed.
Hardware
Stationary or mobile programming devices allow you to quickly set up keys and cylinders or change authorizations – whether directly at the workstation or on site in the property. All devices are specially designed for the KESO eCLIQ locking system.

Management takes place via the k-entry management software that combines mechanical, mechatronic, and digital components within one interface.
