KESO CLIQ Go is a purely electronic locking system from ASSA ABLOY for systems with up to 20 cylinders. It is suitable for private households, apartment buildings, and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) such as medical practices, restaurants, law firms, or offices.
The system combines precision mechanics with CLIQ technology microelectronics. The electronics are located in the programmable, waterproof key. The cylinders therefore do not require any wiring and can be installed on existing doors without structural modifications. You can conveniently manage access authorizations via the CLIQ Go app.

Building managers and owners benefit from central app management. New tenants receive digital access authorizations for different doors and gates in one key. Tradespeople or cleaning services are granted time-limited access, for example during business hours.

In medical and legal facilities, clearly regulated access zones are crucial. With KESO CLIQ Go, practice owners define which staff have access to treatment rooms, archives, or drug stores and when. If an employee loses their key, the administrator simply blocks it via the app.
How KESO CLIQ Go works
KESO CLIQ Go combines electronic and mechanical components into one networked system. The operating principle can be summarized in three steps:

Step 1 Assign authorizations: The administrator uses the cloud-based CLIQ Go app to assign access authorizations for specific cylinders to a key. Time windows can be assigned as an option.

Step 2 Transfer the authorization to the key: The key can be updated either via a desktop programming device or with the Connect function.

Step 3 Open the door: If the key has the appropriate authorization for a cylinder, it opens it. An LED display and acoustic signals in the key provide feedback on the authorization status and battery charge.
The electronics are only located in the key. The cylinder itself does not contain a battery and does not require an external power supply. The key supplies the cylinder with the energy necessary for digital communication at the moment of opening.
Which components belong to a KESO CLIQ Go system?
The eCLIQ cylinder
The cylinders in the KESO CLIQ Go system are equipped with the new CLIQ chip generation with AES encryption. Efficient energy management ensures fast processing quality. As the key supplies the energy, the cylinders do not require any wiring. The product range includes cylinders for mailboxes, parking garages, and entrance doors as well as special applications.
The eCLIQ key
The eCLIQ key bow contains a battery with an electronic PCB. The key stores all authorizations and communicates with the cylinder on a contact basis. Different key types cover different requirements: from simple user keys with time function to Bluetooth-capable keys (Connect Remote) for direct authorization transfer via smartphone.
The CLIQ Go app
The CLIQ Go app (available for iOS, Android, and Windows) is the central management tool. It is used by administrators to assign authorizations, set time windows, block lost keys in real time, and adapt the authorization structure regardless of location. The cloud-based system eliminates the need for local server software.
