Platinum Residence
Platinum Residence is a complex of two 22-floor apartment buildings located between Grzybowska and Wronia Streets, near the Hilton Hotel and the future IGD Apartment Tower in Warsaw.
Built between 2007 and 2009. The investor of the building is the Israeli company Atlas Estates, which paid 45 million Euro for the construction.
There are 200 flats in the towers that are locked with TESA SmartAir proximity fittings. There is a three-level underground car park for approximately 1,000 cars. The top two floors of the skyscrapers have conservatories and large viewing terraces. However, on the ground floor, which forms a kind of podium, a shopping gallery is located, connecting both buildings of Platinum Residence. Both towers are locked with the ASSA dp master key system.
