Challenge
iPlace is a project by Soundwill Group targeting the younger and energetic generations. There is a great challenge to source suitable door lock products to match their modern and simple interior design. The developer requested digital door locks for all the flats in the building, as the young entrepreneur appreciated high-tech devices in their office and home, agreeing smart locks would increase the attractiveness of the building.
Solution
The client is looking for a company that can provide a full door hardware package with a digital door lock. Smart locks are rising in popularity, thus the client would like to ensure this modern residential building utilises them to target the young generation. YDM3109 is proposed as this model offers 3 access options; PIN code, key card/FOB, and mechanical key. The user is able to choose their preferred unlock method as per the user manual. Apart from the smart lock at the entrance, we supplied Yale door closers, hinges, and other accessories for this project.
