Challenge
Country Garden is a Forbes Asia Fab Top 50 companies and property developer from the province of Guangdong, China. The company was listed in HKSE in 2007. Danga Bay is located at Johor Bahru and it’s their first overseas ventures outside of China.
Solution
Looking at the gigantic size of the development, the client wanted to work with the number one supplier in Malaysia who are capable of working closely with 5 different contractors, comprising of local Malaysian and international contractors.
St Guchi has been nominated as the sole ironmongery supplier for the entire project. This included the fire rated door package supplied by our business partners, their range of fire doors use a full set of St Guchi ironmongery. The products supplied for this project are mechanical locks, door closers, hardware accessories, and master key system planning.
