Traka21
Traka21 is a simple plug-and-play key management system for small to medium-sized businesses.
Ensuring that the right keys are available to the right people at the right times is a concern for every organisation. Traka21 helps trace and account for every key or keyset, which is individually locked in place, ensuring that critical business operations are never jeopardised.
How does it work?
Step 1
Using the touch display keypad, each user enters their unique PIN code. If authorized, the cabinet door opens.
Step 2
Green illuminated LED rings indicate the keys/key groups for which the user has been granted removal authorization. Removal is mechanically blocked for slots marked with a red LED.
Step 3
To return the key, the authorized person must again enter their unique PIN code.
Step 4
When the door of the key cabinet then opens, yellow illuminated LED rings indicate the return slots. When the RFID iFob is inserted, it is automatically mechanically locked and secured in its slot.
Step 5
All events are logged on a person-by-person basis and can be viewed by the admin either directly on the touch display or exported to a PC in an Excel-compatible format via USB stick.
Step 6
Exported data can be reviewed and edited on a PC with Excel or a comparable program.
