Corporate Communications intern

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist in managing the intranet site of ASSA ABLOY, updating changes
  • Help with developing content production, including graphic design and video editing
  • Translation support upon need (English/Chinese)
  • Consolidating reports from different Business Units
  • Assist in drafting English content, such as news, announcements, video script and storyboards.
  • Provide support at the event, including logistics coordination and on-site assistance.
  • Assist with team administrative tasks.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks

 

Skill:

  • Excellent written and speaking skills in English
  • Experience in graphic design for both static and motion graphics, knowledge of multimedia content creation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) will be an advantage.
  • Ability to collaborate with others 
  • Able to balance multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion to learn, exceed, and succeed  
  • Major in journalism, communication, marketing, graphic design or other relevant fields is preferred

 

Experience: relevant internship experience preferred

At least guarantee a 3-month internship
