Meet some of our students and graduates
Meet Agnieszka Krztoń
Agnieszka joined us as a UX Designer in August 2022. To further develop her skills and gain more experience, she has now applied to the Graduate Program in our EMEIA division.
Agnieszka is currently working on various wireless door locks. Her main focus is solving user problems while also ensuring that the technical and business aspects of the product are well-balanced.
Agnieszka was born and raised in Kraków, Poland, where she now lives with her fiance. She describes herself as highly energetic and eager to learn. She thrives in a creative environment and enjoys meeting inspiring people.
“With a background in photography and logical thinking established through years of studying mathematics and business management, I bring a balance of aesthetics and analytical reasoning to my work. I function best in a bit of artistic chaos and find energy in the presence of others,” adds Agnieszka.
Looking ahead, Agnieszka is eager to continue growing and sees herself moving into a role in product design.
“I believe the experiences I have gained from the Graduate Program and especially from my secondment in Berlin will support me to achieve my goal,” she adds.
Meet Ida Ydremo
Ida Ydremo, originally from Malmö, Sweden, worked as a Service Development Analyst as part of the Entrance Systems Graduate program and now works with Sustainability and Quality Management.
She has greatly enjoyed the graduate program, which offers 6-month international rotations in various parts of the organization.
“Even though it can be challenging to do rotations for two years and change between 4 different organizations, teams and topics, it has been very rewarding as it keeps me on my toes to stay curious and always learn and grow” she says.
During her international rotations, she takes the opportunity to explore. “It has been great feeding highland cows in Scotland, finding my favourite Gouda cheese in the Netherlands and hiking in the mountains in Switzerland,” says Ida.
