k-entry
k-entry is the management software for your KESO Integra locking system. With k-entry, you can manage people, access rights, and event logs – regardless of whether your doors are running in stand-alone, offline, or online mode.
How does k-entry work?
k-entry is based on a client-server architecture. You install the software on a Windows server and access your entire locking system from there. You create persons, keys, cylinders, and doors in the software and assign them authorizations.
How these authorizations reach the door depends on the mode of operation:
- For online components, the software transfers changes directly via the network.
- For offline and stand-alone components, you program the authorization onto the key using a programming device or directly via Network on Key+ plus (NOK+) the next time the door is accessed.
The modular design allows you to start small. If your system grows or you need additional functions, you can add upgrade licenses to the basic package. Installation and function wizards guide you through the setup.

Online, Offline, or Stand Alone: comparison of k-entry modes of operation
k-entry manages all three modes of operation of the KESO Integra access solution so that you do not need to change the software.
Stand Alone
The components work independently of each other. Authorizations can be programmed directly on the key. This mode is suitable for individual doors or small systems without a network connection.
Offline (NOK+)
The doors are not networked, but receive updates via the key: the user collects the current authorizations at a networked point and carries them to the door the next time it is accessed. In this way, you can update authorizations without having to go to each door individually.
Online
The door controllers are integrated into the network. Changes to authorizations take effect immediately. In addition, functions such as door monitoring and relay control are available.
