Aperio combines encrypted wireless communication with open interfaces, so components can be reliably integrated into existing access control systems.

- Open communication protocol via RS485 interface or connection option via Wiegand interface
- Hardware: security-relevant electronics inside
- Cylinder: security-relevant electronics in the cylinder core
