Graduate & trainee programs

If you are close to graduation, a recent graduate or a young professional, then our graduate and trainee programs may be of interest to you. We currently have several graduate programs across our different divisions and geographies.

Entrance Systems Graduate Program

Our Entrance Systems division focuses on entrance automation, with products and solutions such as automatic doors, industrial doors, high-performance doors, hangar doors, loading dock equipment, residential doors, and perimeter products.

This 24-month Graduate Program is your chance to get to spend time in not only your home country’s part of the business, but also do two 6-month placements in other countries while learning about our business and the organization. The Program will help you discover your strengths and development areas, while both working in day-to-day business and completing 3-4 training modules per year.
