Tecnical Inside Sales Specialist

Objetivo del Cargo:

Brindar soporte técnico-comercial al canal de distribución y al equipo de ventas externas, garantizando atención oportuna, capacitación técnica, acompañamiento en proyectos y desarrollo de oportunidades comerciales.

Responsabilidades:

  • Apoyar al equipo de ventas, distribuidores, integradores e instaladores con el asesoramiento técnico, relacionado con los productos electromecánicos y controles de acceso.                                                                                                             
  • Desarrollo de arquitectura de los proyectos EAC.                                                                    
  • Acompañamiento en todo tipo de eventos y actividades de marketing del equipo de ventas EAC.                                                                                                            
  • Preparación de presupuestos                                                                                                            
  • Soporte técnico preventa y posventa del portafolio EAC                           
  • Dar seguimiento interno a oportunidades y proyectos.                                                         
  • Realizar entrenamientos técnicos y comerciales al canal.                                                       
  • Preparar material técnico y presentaciones                                                                               
  • Resolver dudas técnicas básicas y medias del canal                                                             
  • Escalar casos complejos a ingeniería o fábrica.                                                                       
  • Acompañar pruebas piloto y PoC                                                                                                    
  • Dar soporte postventa inicial comercial/técnico                                                                      
  • Actualizar CRM y pipeline.                                                                                                    
  • Registrar actividades comerciales y capacitaciones                                                              
  • Generar reportes comerciales y técnicos

Principales KPI´s:

Cumplimiento cuota soporte ventas ≥ 100%                                    

Conversión proyectos apoyados ≥ 30%                                              

Certificaciones de nuevos aliados integradores                                            

Actualización CRM: 100%                                             

Capacitaciones realizadas: 4–8 mensuales                                                    

Educación:

Profesional en ingeniería electrónica, eléctrica, telecomunicaciones, o afines. Posible convalidación con experiencia. Comunicación técnica y comercial - Presentaciones y capacitación - Orientación al cliente - Resolución de problemas - Organización y trabajo en equipo

Nivel de inglés de 75% o superior. 

Experiencia:

3 años de experiencia previa en Ventas Internas B2B de productos de seguridad electrónica, controles de acceso, sistemas de intrusión, cámaras o afines.
