VP Human Resources, Business Segment Perimeter Security

 

Business Segment Perimeter Security is looking for a dynamic people and process focused Vice President of Human Resources. The desire to create progressive best practice people development initiatives while interacting with the organizational leaders to drive workplace change is essential for this role.

As Vice President of Human Resources, you will oversee strategic projects for the Business Segment Perimeter Security while delivering comprehensive human resources analysis to improve the performance of HR as a strategic business function.   

While providing professional support to the day-to-day operations of the Perimeter Security HR function, you will have the opportunity to partner with key stakeholders to ensure the organization's current HR requirements are met and the HR strategy is effectively implemented.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • People development and implementing on-going management of human resources analytics projects. Areas include recruiting, employee lifecycle, benefits, compensation, performance management and the integration of HR data into other analytical areas.
  • Partner with HR team members to assist in reporting and analytics of HR metrics, as well as monthly HR KPI reports and dashboards.
  • Team with HR members and senior managers within our diverse business units on small and mid-size projects; projects may be standardized or more broadly defined.
  • Partner with various leaders in all business functions to ensure consultation, data results and people development strategies are being designed and executed.
  • Provide input in design and development of company-wide HR initiatives and programs to ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Flexibility to work on strategic projects in any of the following areas: Benefits, Learning and Development, HRIS, Compensation, Compliance, Employee Relations and Engagement.
  • Coordinate best practices and processes between sister Divisions and Segments as required.
  • Assist with acquisition integration as required.

 

Desired skills and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Human Resources or relevant working history along with 4+ years of experience in a Senior level Human Resources role within a multi-site organization.
  • An analytical mindset: able to break down large problems, develop multiple approaches to solutions and deliver data-driven insights.
  • Proven skills in solving complex business challenges in a rapid and understandable way while integrating ideas with the Sr Management Team at Perimeter Security.
  • Broad generalist HR skills across a range of populations (professional and manufacturing) with increasing responsibility.
  • Ability to create and lead change strategy and complex transformation while engaging team members and leaders.
  • Proven experience and results with respect to recruiting and developing talent both professional and manufacturing.
  • Future focused, thinking ahead and anticipating opportunities, leverage an outside in perspective through understanding of market trends.
  • Ability to travel 30%.  This may increase due to segment acquisitions in the future.
  • This role is located in Tulsa, OK.
