About the role

As Marketing Manager, you will drive influencer strategy, support integrated campaigns, and contribute to lifecycle, social, and content marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a marketer who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys cross‑functional collaboration, and brings both creativity and operational excellence.

What you will be doing

  • Influencer & Partnerships
    • Own influencer marketing end-to-end, including strategy, outreach, negotiations, contracting, and campaign execution
    • Manage agency relationships and oversee creator performance to drive measurable revenue impact
    • Develop long-term creator partnerships aligned with brand and campaign objectives
  • Integrated Campaign Support
    • Support the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns across social, influencer, email, web, and paid
    • Translate campaign briefs into channel-specific execution and ensure alignment across teams
    • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Paid, PR, and CX to support a cohesive campaign rollout
  • Lifecycle & Direct Marketing
    • Support email and direct mail marketing initiatives, including campaign execution, segmentation, and performance optimization
    • Assist in developing customer journeys across onboarding, engagement, retention, and reactivation
  • Social & Content
    • Oversee social content execution and ensure alignment with broader campaign narratives and brand voice
    • Support content development across web, email, and social, including light copywriting and creative mockups
  • Creative & Asset Development
    • Contribute to campaign ideation, messaging frameworks, and creative concepts
    • Develop and refine marketing assets (landing pages, emails, social content) in partnership with Creative
    • Maintain and organize content within internal systems (DAM) to support cross-functional access
  • Performance & Reporting
    • Track and analyze campaign and channel performance
    • Translate insights into actionable recommendations to improve engagement and conversion

Who You Are

  • A strategic and detail-oriented marketer who enjoys both creative thinking and execution.
  • Skilled at working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities.
  • Experienced in influencer marketing, social content, or multi-channel campaigns.
  • Comfortable using data to inform decision-making and optimize performance.

Compensation & Benefits

  • The salary range for this role is $100-120K, along with a performance bonus target, and we consider a broad scope of factors when making compensation decisions.

  • In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, a 401(k) plan, education assistance, and an environment that reflects our commitment to our employees.
