Brand Manager - Brand Enablement

Brand Manager – Brand Enablement

Make a global brand feel clear, consistent — and easy to use.

You know that a brand isn’t just guidelines sitting in a folder. It’s how people use it in presentations, campaigns, emails, and everyday decisions.

At ASSA ABLOY, you’ll help turn our shared company brand into something that works in the real world. Something people can find, understand, and apply with confidence wherever they are.

Why this role matters

In a company as global as ours, even the best brand strategy only works if people can use it easily and feel empowered to be the voice of ASSA ABLOY. That’s where you come in. You’ll help colleagues across the world navigate the brand — finding what they need, understanding how to use it, and feeling confident doing so. Your work will bring clarity, consistency, and a better experience for everyone working with the brand. You are a champion in supporting others to succeed by providing support and guidance.

The role

This is a practical, people-focused brand role where you’ll sit right at the heart of how our brand is used every day. This is an early-career role, well suited for someone who has built a solid foundation in brand or marketing and is ready to take real ownership.

You’ll take ownership of our brand portal and materials — making sure everything is up to date, easy to access, and genuinely helpful. You’ll work proactively, spotting gaps, suggesting improvements, and following things through independently, while knowing when to involve others. At the same time, you’ll support colleagues across markets, answering questions, guiding decisions, and helping them apply the brand in the right way.

It’s a mix of structure , creativity and communication: organising content, improving tools, collecting input from markets what is missing and being the go-to person who makes things easier for others.

What you’ll work on

  • Keep our global brand portal and other brand channels organised and easy to navigate
  • Create and update templates, guidelines, and brand materials used across markets
  • Support colleagues worldwide with clear, friendly guidance on brand usage
  • Help onboard teams and deliver simple, practical brand trainings
  • Gather feedback and continuously improve how the brand is delivered and used
  • Collaborate with design and brand teams to keep everything aligned and relevant

What will help you succeed

  • Few years of experience and/or education in brand, marketing, or communications management. What matters most is how you’ve applied your skills in previous roles.
  • A good eye for brand consistency and an understanding of how guidelines translate into real work
  • Confidence using tools like PowerPoint, Figma, Canva and AI tools (Video editing and Adobe CC suite tools are plus)
  • A structured way of working, with strong attention to detail
  • A helpful, service-minded approach. You enjoy supporting others and making things clearer
  • A self-driven mindset: you take initiative, manage your own workload, and feel comfortable being the “owner” of tools and processes

Why ASSA ABLOY

You’ll help shape how a global brand is experienced day to day by making it simpler, clearer, and more useful for people everywhere.

  • Meaningful mission: Your work is creating a consistent brand experience globally
  • Innovation and scale: Work with a global brand used across many markets, with modern tools and evolving ways of working
  • Autonomy and trust: Take ownership of key brand tools and improve how they work
  • Growth and development: Learn from experienced brand and design colleagues while building your own path
  • Work–life balance: Be part of a collaborative, down-to-earth culture that values balance and flexibility
