Zebra Tower
An office building built in Warsaw between 2008 and 2010 at the Jazda Polska Roundabout in Warsaw, directly at the entrance to the Politechnika metro station.
The building has a two-storey underground car park for 124 cars. It is currently undergoing certification for LEED certification. From the side of Mokotowska Street, above the entrance to the underground garage, an openwork "cage" has been built in order to create the impression of a preserved continuity of the tenement houses located on this street. Due to the windows in the gable wall of the tenement house at 3 Mokotowska Street, it was not possible to extend the building to the wall of this tenement house.
Office space tenants include companies such as Boston Consulting Group, Samsung, TFI Investors, PKO Bank Polski, Bank Millennium, Bankier.pl, Svenska Handelsbank. Tenants of the retail and service space located in the ground floor (820 m2) include a Starbucks café and a Saint Honoré bakery.
Doors on escape routes are fitted with Eff-Eff Series 332 electric strikes. The entire building operates with a master key system based on ASSA cylinders.
