Vinci Krakow

VINCI is a smart building in many respects. An automatically weather-adjustable ventilation system, sophisticated lighting management electronics or even a building access control mechanism all make employees and visitors feel as if all the attention is on them.

20,000 sqm of office space is available on 12 storeys. Although VINCI is undoubtedly the most recognisable element of the landscape, it blends in well with the neighbouring settlements. The architectural solutions used make it seem much smaller at first glance than it actually is. Each of the eleven floors designated for office space has an area of 1,640 sqm and can be freely adapted to the requirements of the tenant. The smallest available segment is 350 sqm. The two-storey underground car park - connected directly to the office floors by a separate lift - has 124 parking spaces.

Access control in the VINCI office building is implemented using Eff-Eff electric strikes and ABLOY electric locks. The facility is equipped also with ABLOY door closers and RUKO Do-re-mi hardware. The entire building is locked using a master key system based on ABLOY Protec disc mechanism cylinders.
