ALPE Active

Doors and door accessories very often harbour bacteria that are exchanged between users. ALPE Active solutions will allow you to effectively limit their spread.

In addition to our extensive range of fire partitions, we offer product protection with a special antibacterial coating and the use of Abloy Active hardware. Utilising the antibacterial action of silver, the products effectively protect the surface from bacterial growth between wash cycles, and as the coating itself does not wear off, it provides a bacteria-free surface for many years of use.

IGP-DURA®care

The antimicrobial effect of silver has been known for many centuries. As a logical consequence, these special properties can also be used to protect door surfaces. For long-term antimicrobial protection, the ALPE Active range is coated with IGP-DURA®care powder paints. Thanks to a special combination of active substances with silver ions, we eliminate the growth of bacteria and fungi. This implementation helps to prevent the strong multiplication of microorganisms between cleaning cycles and to keep their germ levels low for a long time. The technology is retained in the product throughout its lifetime, ensuring uninterrupted and long-lasting performance. Depending on environmental conditions, IGP-DURA®care surfaces with antimicrobial protection can be achieved for many years.

Abloy® Active

In the case of doors, the main carrier of bacteria is the hardware. Therefore, the ALPE Active solution has been equipped with Abloy® Active antibacterial handles. ABLOY® ACTIVE solution effectively combats bacteria transmitted by this route using active silver technology. Thanks to the wide range of colours and the ACTIVE antimicrobial coating, it is possible to provide not only a hygienic but also an aesthetically coherent surroundings. When used in the right environment, the special handle coating can destroy 99% of common bacteria* and can have a direct impact on the hygiene and safety of the environment. (*Confirmed by BioCote)
