The magnetic lock is an innovative solution, which enables door closing without the use of a traditional latch. The lock offers a series of aesthetic features: a strike plate hidden when the door is closed, a latch bolt hidden when the door is open, plus a modern design. 

The latch is made of plastic (with an internally-mounted magnet), which prevents it from scratching the striker. The lock can be universally mounted both on left- and right-hand doors, without any need to modify the lock. 

The lock operates on the basis of the introduction of the latch into the hole of the striker, as a result of the mutual attraction of magnets located in the latch and striker. The lock cooperates with the cylinder insert, through which the user is able to lock the latch. The lock does not require the use of any springs, which ensures better durability of the latch mechanism and makes it virtually defect-free. Its dimensions are the same as those of the existing locks, therefore door manufacturers can expand their product range with a new-look door design fitted with this new lock.

The lock is available with an adjustable and with a non-adjustable striker.
