Responsibilities:
- Ensuring production continuity
- Ensuring on-time deliveries of finished products
- Seeking savings
- Extending payment terms
- Improving logistics performance, i.e., cost optimization
- Issuing warehouse documents
- Entering data into the system
- Organizing the transport of finished products and collaborating with external carriers
Requirements:
- Higher education or currently studying (technical fields preferred)
- Minimum one year of experience in a production facility with a similar profile in the Logistics, Warehouse, or Purchasing Department. Ability to read technical documentation
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers
- Knowledge of transport documentation and customs regulations
- Familiarity with MS Office and Excel
- Knowledge of Access and Raks SQL is a plus
- Communicative English
- Quality-oriented
- Desire to meet deadlines
- Ability to work in a team
- Driving license category B
