The DC3.1 doors are manufactured in various sizes. They are steel doors with profiled rebates on four edges. The door leaf with a thickness of 65 mm is composed of two zinc plated steel sheets 1,5 mm thick. The construction is reinforced internally by „C” and „L” profiles. The space between profiles is filled with mineral wool. „C” or „L” profile frame is made of zinc plated steel sheet 3 mm thick. On the perimeter of the door leaf, there are EPDM rebate gaskets. EPDM gaskets are also installed along the perimeter of the frame, except for the threshold. The door can be equipped with a threshold of 20 mm high or a drop down seal. The door leaf is equipped with three hinges ø22 with ball bearings, main lock multipoint class 7, stainless steel handle, three anti-burglary bolts. The DC3.1 door can be used as external and internal door, opened outwards or inwards.

The DC3.1 door can be glazed with anti-burglary glass with a minimum class P6 in various shapes and arrangements. They can be made in version with full or glazed upper and side panels.

At standard, the door frame is equipped with a threshold of 20 mm high. The hinge side is secured by three anti-burglary bolts.

The DC3.1/BP4 door can be used as external and internal door, opened outwards or inwards.

The door leaf is equipped with three welded hinges ø22 with ball bearings, main lock multipoint class 7, additional combination lock and three anti-burglary bolts. 

The DC3.1 KT-M doors meet the requirements for secret office doors, contained in the Order No. 59 / MON of the Minister of National Defense of 11 December 2017 on the selection and application of physical security measures to protect classified information (Official Journal of the Ministry of National Defense) of 2017, item 227., Chapter 3, Annex No. 1 part III) and Order 46 / MON of the Minister of National Defense of 24 December 2013 on the special method of organization and operation of cryptographic offices (Journal of Laws of MON, item 401 of 30 December 2013, Annex No. 4)

The DL1.1 door can be glazed with anti-burglary glass with a minimum class P4 in various shapes and arrangements. They can be made in version with full or glazed upper and side panels. 

The steel grids KST4 are designed to secure rooms where a high level of security is required. They are used as additional protection of windows and doors or as the only safety barrier, e.g. dividing the corridor or room into zones and as protection of ventilation ducts, air intake, etc. The KST4 grids are made of steel bars ø20 with a maximum bar spacing of 120 mm and steel flat bars 6x45 with a maximum spacing of 400 mm, in a frame made of L-profile, C-profile or closed profile. The openable grid type KST4 and KST4K is suspended on two or three steel, welded hinges with ball bearings. The frame is made of steel sheet 3 mm thick. The grid can also be made on a shared frame with a door leaf. The KST4 grid can be equipped with multipoint lock or single-point lock, and the KST4K grid with certified fixation for padlock. The openable grids can be equipped with an electric strike, position contact, door closer and other equipment.

At standard, the door frame is equipped with a threshold of 20 mm high. The hinge side is secured by three anti-burglary bolts. The DC3.1/DS3 door can be used as external and internal door, opened outwards or inwards.

It is not foreseen to add glazing in the DC3.1/DS3 doors.

The outer leaf cladding can be additionally reinforced with a steel sheet 3 mm thick. „C” or „L” profile frame is made of zinc plated steel sheet 3 mm thick. On the perimeter of the door leaf, there are EPDM rebate gaskets. EPDM gaskets are also installed along the perimeter of the frame, except for the threshold. The DC3.1 MB door can be used as external and internal door, opened outwards or inwards.

The DC3.1 ZK doors are manufactured in various sizes. They are steel doors with profiled rebates on four edges. The door leaf with a thickness of 65 mm or 85 mm is composed of two steel sheets 1,5 mm and 2 mm thick. The construction is reinforced internally by „C” profiles. The space between profiles is filled with mineral wool. The door leaf is equipped with three hinges ø22 with ball bearings. „C” or „L” profile frame is made of steel sheet 3 mm thick.  On the perimeter of the door leaf, there are EPDM rebate gaskets. EPDM gaskets are also installed along the perimeter of the frame, except for the threshold. At standard, the door is equipped with a threshold of 20 mm high. The hinge side is secured by three anti-burglary bolts. At standard, the prison door is equipped with a spyhole prison type secured by bulletproof glass BR2 and two manual slide bolts. The DC3.1 ZK door can be equipped with key-operated manual locks, electric locks and magnetic card controlled locks.

The DC3.1 ZK door can be equipped with hatch used for serving food and/or handcuffing the detainee. The DC3.1 ZK door can be used as external and internal door, most often produced as opened outwards.
