Anti-burglary double-leaf fire door smoke-tight type DC.1/2 PP60 XL
The DC3.1/2 PP60 XL doors are manufactured in various sizes. They are steel doors with profiled rebates on four edges. The door leaves with a thickness of 90 mm are composed of two zinc plated steel sheets 1,5mm thick. Reinforcements (C-profiles) are used along the edges of the leaves and a steel construction is placed inside the leaves. The door leaves are filled with mineral wool and gypsum boards ensuring fireproof parameters. „C” or „L” profile frame is made of zinc plated steel sheet 3 mm thick. On the perimeter of the door leaves, there are intumescent gaskets and EPDM rebate gaskets. EPDM gaskets are also installed along the perimeter of the frame, except for the threshold. The door can be equipped with a threshold of 20 mm high or a drop down seal. The door leaves are equipped with four hinges ø22 with ball bearings on each leaf, main lock multipoint class 7, door closer, stainless steel handle, two manual, semi-automatic or automatic flush bolts on secondary leaf and three anti-burglary bolts on each leaf.
The fire doors DC3.1/2 PP60 XL can be equipped with glass type Stratobel P6B EI60 with a minimum thickness 43 mm and the maximum dimensions 750 x 1000 mm as well as a ventilation grid 300/400 mm in each leaf. The door DC3.1/2 PP60 XL can be installed in walls with a minimum thickness of 240 mm built with blocks of cellular concrete or minimum 180 mm built with clay bricks, clay blocks, silicate bricks as well as in concrete and reinforced concrete walls and steel structures.
