What you would do as our IT Support Technician
We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on IT Support Technician on site in Malmö to support and maintain our on-site IT infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with solid technical foundations who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with users, and keeping systems running smoothly.
You would also:
- Provide on-site IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, Audio & Video technology in Meeting rooms and Common areas and install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows/macOS, networking, and standard business applications and support user accounts, permissions, and devices (e.g., Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune)
- Assist with network troubleshooting (LAN/Wi-Fi, switches, cabling), escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors when needed and document incidents, solutions, and procedures
- Support IT rollouts, upgrades, and site projects, ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices and be responsible for sourcing and Purchase of IT Site hardware
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
- Has minimum 3–5 years of experience in an IT support or site technician role and strong knowledge of desktop/laptop hardware and operating systems
- Has strong English and Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
- Has experience supporting Windows environments (macOS is a plus), basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi) and is familiar with ticketing systems (ServiceNow) and IT documentation
- Has good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset and ability to work independently and manage on-site priorities
- Has experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune
