Coordinator, Technical Service
Technical Service Coordinator with previous customer service experience needed on-site in Kenosha, WI.
Job Duties
- Interfacing with customers via phone and email for incoming door parts inquiries
- Generation of quotes
- Process warranty parts requests
- Act as liason between customers, technical service and warehouse
- Maintain working knowledge of product configurations and identification
What we are looking for:
- Associates’ degree or equivalent experience in customer service, technical support or parts processing
- Two+ years experience in a parts sales, order processing or technical customer support
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 programs, CRM and ERP/JDE strongly preferred
