Warehouse Officer

1.   RESPONSIBILITY

:

  • Perform warehouse duty of receiving, checking, retrieving, loading & unloading, repacking and palletizing for all products.
  • Ensure proper cargo checking upon receipt and report any irregularity observed to supervisor.
  • Carry out periodic physical stock check of all products.
  • Maintain high standard of cleanliness & housekeeping of warehouse area.
  • Update warehouse computer system.
  • Observe safe warehouse practices and security.
  • Oversee day to day operations in warehouse and distribution.
  • Provide support to logistics Department.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the company from time to time

 

2.   REQUIREMENTS

:

  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in any field.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Entry Level specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
  • You will report primarily to the Logistics Team Leader and secondly to the Finance Manager
  • Physically able
  • Able to work independently
  • Pays attention to detail and monitors the quality of inventory
