It is the patented active copy protection that makes KESO 8000Ω² the most secure locking cylinders in the world: Each key has a movable element that is queried multiple times by a special construction in the cylinder. This active protection guarantees that only KESO 8000Ω² keys can open the cylinders.

The all-rounder among the cylinders offers excellent basic protection both during break-in attempts and against drilling with HSS tools and pulling. This cylinder is well-suited for interior entrance doors thanks to its nickel-chromium steel web.
Cylinder 81.J15 corresponds to DIN EN 1303 WK C
Thanks to its HRC62-hardened bolts, the standard Swiss round profile cylinders offers excellent basic protection against drilling and pulling. The all-rounder is suitable for external and internal entrance doors.
Cylinder 81.C15 complies with VdS A
These cylinders offer basic protection against drilling and breaking. They are particularly suitable for residential doors in densely built residential areas. With carbide inlays in the rotor, this version protects against drilling with carbide and HSS tools.
Cylinder 81.K15 corresponds to DIN EN 1303 WK D/ SKG***
In addition to the HRC62 hardened bolts, this cylinder offers additional drilling protection and is therefore suitable for apartment doors and doors in outdoor areas. Due to the carbide inlay in the housing, this version protects against drilling with HSS tools.

The high-end KESO 8000 product with patent protection until 2034 prevents illegal key copying. This ensures that every single blank is logged with active copy protection from ASSA ABLOY. Even after the patent protection expires, the locking system remains protected by the highest security quality thanks to special design protection on the key. Your investment protection will thus be extended until at least 2040.

The KESO 8000Ω² locking system is compatible with mechatronic and electronic components of the KESO Integra platform. Mechatronics can be used to expand the most secure mechanical locking cylinder by an additional security level.
