The position
As a Support Employee with an administrative focus, you are the linchpin in the support process. You ensure that questions and reports from partners are processed in a structured and efficient way.
Your tasks:
- You register and process support requests in the ticket system
- You monitor progress and ensure that SLA agreements are met
- You maintain contact with partners about the status of their reports
- You send tickets to the right colleagues and follow them up
- You ensure complete and clear file formation
- You think along about improvements in processes and working methods
- You identify trends and recurring issues
Who are you?
- You work in a structured way and keep an easy overview
- You are a strong communicator and customer-oriented
- You are accurate and administratively skilled
- You have MBO+/HBO working and thinking level
- You have experience with CRM or ticketing systems (advantage)
- You have an affinity with IT/software
- You speak and write fluent English and Dutch
