Weโ€™re looking for a detail-driven, customer-focused Order Processing Specialist who loves solving problems, staying organized, and connecting with customers and distributors.

*Hybrid work schedule

๐Ÿš€ What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Receive and process customer orders.
  • Review order details for accuracy and enter them into our JDE ERP system.
  • Update orders as needed and communicate changes.
  • Answer questions on pricing, availability, and order status.
  • Help resolve order issues, delays, and discrepancies.
  • Support internal teams with order-related needs and help improve processes.

Education and Experience:

  • Requires a high school diploma. General education or college courses equivalent to an Associateโ€™s degree in Business Administration is desirable.
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer service working directly with customers, salespeople, or distributors.
