What you would do as our Mul-T-Lock & MasterKey Supply Manager
As our Mul-T-Lock & MasterKey Supply Manager, you will lead the delivery of an exceptional service to both internal and external customers across products, orders and supply. You will effectively manage key stakeholders to ensure seamless order fulfilment, providing timely solutions, clear communication and proactive support. In this fast‑paced environment, you’ll drive continuous improvement, ensuring customers and the team receive the highest level of service and operational efficiency.
You would also:
- Coordinate communications across Mul‑T‑Lock and MasterKey to enhance order fulfilment and workflow efficiency.
- Liaise with stakeholders throughout the manufacturing process, prioritising orders and resolving any issues that may impact customer experience.
- Manage escalated supply enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Work closely with Mul‑T‑Lock Israel and suppliers to meet supply requirements, resolve invoice queries, and support stock reduction goals.
- Support Product Managers by ensuring correct stock levels, accurate forecasting in E2Open, and achievement of month‑end invoice targets.
- Drive manufacturing performance, ensuring KPIs such as OTIF and CTD are met and MasterKey customer expectations are delivered.
- Provide effective leadership by upholding company values, ensuring team compliance, overseeing recruitment and communication, driving KPI and performance improvements, and maintaining a safe, high‑standard working environment.
The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:
- Has strong experience managing stakeholders across production, supply chain and customer service environments.
- Has proven ability to lead, prioritise workload and perform effectively under pressure to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
- Has excellent interpersonal skills with confidence, resilience and the ability to handle challenging situations constructively.
- Has good IT capability, including Microsoft Office, CRM systems and customer service platforms; e‑commerce experience is advantageous.
- Has solid understanding of customer service principles, supply chain processes and (ideally) master key or commercial segment products.
