Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Developing positive customer relations by providing courteous, efficient and proactive customer service.
- Answering inbound calls and creating service tickets, ensuring orders are accurate and complete
- Working closely with the sales department and customers to schedule service calls
- Invoicing open orders
- Working with vendors to source/cost materials
- Managing open orders and assisting with collections
- Setting residential service schedule
Qualifications:
- Outstanding communication skills and courteous telephone manner
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent attendance record
- Must be able to communicate in the English language; verbally and in writing
- Must be familiar with MS Office applications, i.e. Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams and Excel
Education and/or Experience:
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years Customer Service experience preferred
- Previous estimating experience is a plus
