Human Resources Business Partner - Learning & Development

What you will be doing

 

We are looking for a hands-on and dynamic Human Resources Business Partner who is keen to balance operational HR execution with tactical L&D initiatives.  This role takes ownership for all things people in our sales and customer service areas nationally, whilst specialising in Learning & Development on a wider scale across the ASSA ABLOY Australia business.  One of two HRBPs working as part of a wider HR team, this on-site role based in Oakleigh represents a real opportunity to take your people and culture career to the next level, whilst applying your strengths in Learning and Development.

 

Some insights:

 

•    Translate growth plans, talent gaps and challenges into impactful strategies
•    Develop actionable people plans to bridge gaps between current and future needs
•    Implement key business learning projects whilst balancing day to day priorities
•    Co-ordinate processes such sourcing, performance, development, salary and bonus
•    Challenge and provide sound generalist advice on L&D, TA, OD and ER matters 
•    Coordinate change management initiatives where it benefits the business

 

What we are looking for

 

•    A true P&C generalist with a passion for all things HR and L&D
•    Self-motivation with exceptional organisational and communication skills
•    Ability to convey information to a diverse range of people in a positive manner
•    Passion about learning, development and career pathways for our people
•    Initiative with the ability work proactively in a team and influence others
•    Advanced HRIS experience with SuccessFactors or similar and tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or similar
