PDM

Product Data Analyst are responsible for: managing a product’s lifecycle from inception through design, manufacturing, sales, service, and product retirement; partnering with the Sales and Engineering teams in creating customized and standard product information materials generated from CAD drawings and other documents; and creating and maintaining the product item master data while ensuring adherence to all manufacturing and engineering standards.

  • Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or construction is a plus
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external customers
  • Experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is a plus
  • Ability to understand and interoperate CAD drawings and other associated documents

 

The skills and experience you need:

  • Creation and maintenance of product item master data; including, but not limited to, part number, brand name, part description, vendor information, unit of measure, and category codes within the ERP system.
  • Creation and maintenance of all products bill of material, production work cell routings, and item locations within the ERP system.
  • Establish custom item base pricing that meets current guidelines for quoting and final sale purposes.
  • A strong understanding of product configurations and applications as it relates to the manufacture and sale of said product.
  • A general understanding of manufacturing production work cell capabilities.
  • Data building within Microsoft Excel and data extraction from the ERP system for projects related to product data including, but not limited to, Engineering Change Requests.
  • Cross departmental collaboration on various projects including, but not limited to, New Product Development.

 

This role is located in Tulsa, OK.
