As a Senior Human Resources Specialist, you will contribute to the day-to-day operations of the human resources department, using one or more of your HR super powers: recruitment, staff administration, HR administration, HR policies & procedures, Work Force Legislation.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Provide active support on HR specific operations;
  • Keep employee records up to date by preparing legal required employment papers and processing employee status changes in the payroll system and HRIS system;
  • Coordinate the recruitment process (white collars) by creating job postings, reviewing resumes, performing reference checks and interviews;
  • Prepares material for employee onboarding and orientations;
  • Ocassionally gives support for the organization of the events dedicated to the employees, CSR activities, etc;
  • Prepare or update internal policies and procedures according to legislation, Labor Code, GDPR, local and Group’s specification;
  • Provide generalist HR advice and guidance on HR processes and general queries;
  • Prepare the needed HR documents for Labor Authorities, internal audits etc;
  • Conducts research, analyzes data and prepares recommendations on assigned projects;
  • Ensure all HR policies and procedures are respected within the allocated area;
  • Strategic partnership with production managers and leadership teams;
  • Advising managers on people-related decisions: performance, discipline, retention, team organization;
  • Managing recruitment processes for white collars and technical roles, in close collaboration with line management;
  • Managing the relationship with the union / employee representatives (where applicable);
  • Analyzing HR metrics and proposing improvement actions (turnover, absenteeism, engagement);
  • Providing support for some projects deployed at Regional Level;
  • Ensure the coordination of the Employer Branding activities organized at company level;
  • Coordinates the performance and year-end reviews process for white collars population;
  • Provides the necessary data for the salary surveys in which the company participates;
  • Manages the monthly HR reporting process for further consolidation at Regional level;
  • Provides the necessary support for the preparation of the payroll documents within the allocated area;

 

Education,Skills, Work Experience:

• Higher education in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Law fields;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in an HR Business Partner role or similar;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a production/factory environment;
• Solid knowledge of labor legislation;

  • Advanced English knowledge (level C1)
  • PC knowledge: HRIS Systems, Microsoft package

 

This role also requires:
• Experience working with several categories of employees (blue-collars; white- collars; senior leaders);
• Strong communication, influencing, and negotiation skills;
• Strategic thinking and solution-oriented mindset.
