Surface holding magnets
Product descriptionSurface holding magnets are suitable for securing doors in an electro-magnetic system. They are easy to install, as there is no need to make modifications or cut-outs in door frames. A written communication from the DIBt, the German Center of Competence in Civil Engineering, dated March 24, 1991, states that electro-magnets may also be used on fire doors. Surface holding electro-Magnet 828 contains an integrated contact to monitor locking status (Hall effect sensor).
Overview of Advantages- The rated voltage can be set on the magnet at either 24 V DC or 12 V DC.
- 1 piece compact surface holding magnet
- 1 piece counter holding plate
- Please note at order: In addition to the integrated locking signal, an additional door contact must also be ordered.

Escape door strike
Product descriptionThe compact construction of the effeff 332.80 allows rapid, straightforward mounting onto a wide variety of door frame and profiles.
The 332® fail-unlocked electric strike from effeff, designed especially for locking doors along escape routes, is considered the world's smallest escape door strike due to its small dimensions.
The compact design of the new effeff Escape Door Strike 332® is comparable with a standard electric strike, thus guaranteeing fast, simple installation in a wide variety of different profiles and frames.
A further advantage is the secure and reliable unlocking procedure under a preload of up to 3.000 N with a holding power of 100% in the event of a power failure. The escape door strike thus ensures that the door strike latch bolt functions reliably even o
