Highly versatile
Signo readers support a wide range of credential technologies, including Seos®, iCLASS, MIFARE® and HID Mobile Access® via native Bluetooth® and Near Field Communication (NFC) capability. Each reader also includes Apple’s Enhanced Contactless Polling (ECP) to support credentials in Apple Wallet, as well as support for credentials in Google Wallet.
Unparalleled performance
Advanced cryptographic key storage on certified secure element hardware reduces the risk of credential cloning or unauthorized access. The surface detection feature allows the reader to sense when it's mounted on metal and automatically recalibrate and optimize read range performance.
Connected to the future
All readers include out-of-the-box support for Open Supervised Device Protocol (OSDP) for secure bi-directional communication between reader and door controller. They are designed to be connected and managed remotely without the need for physical access.
Easy to install and manage
Signo readers are easy to install thanks to the terminal block wiring design that enables flush mounting without the need for an additional spacer. They also boast an IP65 outdoor rating, eliminating the need for an additional gasket.
Once installed, the readers are easy to upgrade and manage with BLE and OSDP capability onboard. They are fully compatible with HID Reader Manager, which makes it easy to configure and upgrade firmware in the field. Furthermore, configuration can be streamlined via the controller through OSDP.
