Our companies, ASSA ABLOY Italia Spa, with registered office at Via Bovaresa 13, San Giovanni in Persiceto 40017 (BO), and ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems Italy Srl, with registered office at Via Guido Rossa 5, Carugate 20061 (MI) (hereinafter each referred to as "ASSA ABLOY", the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), assume the role of independent or joint data controllers, within their respective spheres of competence. ASSA ABLOY collects and processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 ("Privacy Code"), Legislative Decree no. 10 August 2018 ("GDPR"). 101 of 2019, which amends the Privacy Code to comply with the GDPR (the "Adaptation Decree"), in compliance with privacy principles and the rights of the interested party.
