Our companies, ASSA ABLOY Italia Spa, with registered office at Via Bovaresa 13, San Giovanni in Persiceto 40017 (BO), and ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems Italy Srl, with registered office at Via Guido Rossa 5, Carugate 20061 (MI) (hereinafter each referred to as "ASSA ABLOY", the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), assume the role of independent or joint data controllers, within their respective spheres of competence. You can find more information in Annex 1, "Data Controllers", at the bottom of this document.
ASSA ABLOY collects and processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"), Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 ("Privacy Code"), Legislative Decree no. 10 August 2018 ("GDPR"). 101 of 2019, which amends the Privacy Code to comply with the GDPR (the "Adaptation Decree"), in compliance with privacy principles and the rights of the interested party.
This constitutes the information provided pursuant to art. 13 of the GDPR in relation to the collection and processing of your personal data by ASSA ABLOY in relation to your request regarding the management of your personal data.

(a) your contact details to be able to communicate with you about your request,
(b) the information you provide in connection with your request,
(c) the information necessary to be able to verify your identity (e.g. a copy of your identity documents, employee or customer number) and

The collection and processing of your personal data by us are based on the requirement to fulfill the legal obligation to respond to a request for access to data as a controller in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and other laws. and applicable data protection regulations.

The transfer of your data may take place to the following categories of recipients, to the extent that it is necessary to satisfy your request:
(i) authority
(ii) other ASSA ABLOY group companies that need to access such information to enable us to respond to your inquiries, and
(iii) external service providers or cooperation partners who perform services on our behalf. Service providers and cooperation partners may only process personal data according to our instructions.
If the transfer of data to authorities, other companies of the ASSA ABLOY group or service providers outside the EU / EEA is relevant, it will be carried out in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and only for the purposes indicated above. . This type of transfer is normally based on the standard contractual clauses established by the European Commission.

We retain the personal data processed in connection with your inquiry for eighteen (18) months after sending our last response.
If we respond to your request and this does not involve further communications, we will delete the personal data collected and processed in connection with your request within three (3) months.

Our companies ASSA ABLOY Italia Spa, with registered office at Via Bovaresa 13, San Giovanni in Persiceto 40017 (BO), and ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems Italy Srl, with registered office at Via Guido Rossa 5, Carugate 20061 (MI) (hereinafter referred to as "ASSA ABLOY", the "Company", "we", "us", or "our") assume, in each case separately, within their respective areas of responsibility:
- the role of joint controllers in relation to the operation of this Website, the personal data of visitors received therein, and data relating to registrations for related services (webcasts, press releases, shareholders);
- the role of independent data controllers, separately, in relation to the data received in response to requests you make to one of the two aforementioned companies when you communicate with that company through this Website using the respective contact forms therein;
- The role of independent data controllers, separately, regarding the processing of personal data received in connection with their respective presences on social media platforms, in connection with their respective investigations into violations of the Code of Conduct, or when you request access to your personal data from one of the two companies as independent data controllers;
