These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase set out the basis on which ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems Ireland Limited (for the Republic of Ireland) and/or ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems Limited (for Northern Ireland), (together or individually referred to as “the Company”), supply goods and/or services to their customers and, where applicable, purchase goods and/or services from their suppliers.
