Marketing Specialist
1. Brand Awareness & Demand Generation
▪
Develop and implement marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility for Yale and ASSA ABLOY across Vietnam.
▪
Drive traffic and generate sales leads through targeted campaigns and activities.
2. Product & Trade Marketing Execution
▪
Plan, design, and execute marketing programs to support the sales team and distributors, includes, but not limit to:
•
Signboards at distributor stores.
•
Sample boards, mock-ups, and Yale corners for in-store display.
•
Organization of industry events, seminars, and trade shows.
•
Creation of communication materials for product and trade promotions.
•
Production of sales publications such as catalogs, leaflets, and user manuals.
3. Digital Marketing & Communications, Events
▪
Manage digital channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, and company websites.
▪
Oversee PR activities and corporate communications to enhance brand reputation.
▪
Coordinate CSR initiatives and team-building activities to foster company culture.
4. Hotline/Call Center Management
▪
Handle and oversee the compan’s hotline operations to ensure timely and professional responses to customer inquiries and support requests.
▪
Monitor service quality and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Market Intelligence & Customer Engagement
▪
Collaborate with the sales team to co-visit customers, gather insights, and understand market demand.
▪
Analyze competitor activities and develop competitive, customized solutions aligned with company strategy.
▪
Provide regular updates and reports on customer requirements and project progress to all stakeholders.
6. Representation & Compliance

Act as the official representative of ASSA ABLOY Vietnam at industry-related events.
▪
Uphold ASSA ABLOY values and protect the integrity of the Yale and ASSA ABLOY brands in all activities.
7. Additional Responsibilities
▪
Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors and the company.
