Regional Sales Manager –
We’re hiring a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales growth across a large domestic territory, working through distributor and end‑user channels. This role focuses on capital equipment and industrial solutions and partners closely with architects, contractors, developers, and engineering teams to win and execute complex, project‑based sales. If you thrive in consultative selling, enjoy managing projects from concept to completion, and have a strong record of exceeding revenue goals, we’d like to talk. We are looking for a local candidate in the Carrollton, TX area.
💼 What You’ll Do -
- Own and grow sales performance across an assigned region
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market penetration and retention
- Build trusted relationships with key accounts and high‑value prospects
- Call on customers for sales meetings, site surveys, and post‑installation follow‑ups
- Prepare accurate, competitive proposals (equipment, installation, freight, tax)
- Review and approve non‑standard quotes and bids
- Coordinate closely with production, engineering, distributors, and subcontractors
- Manage capital equipment projects end‑to‑end—from quote through final inspection
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market intelligence to Marketing
- Support and optimize distributor performance to achieve regional targets

✅ What We’re Looking For -
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience selling capital equipment or industrial products
- Proven success exceeding revenue and margin goals
- Experience working with distributors, architects, engineers, or general contractors
- Strong project coordination and customer management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Project a plus)
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM preferred
- Ability to travel 50%
- Valid driver’s license and passport
