Job Title: Copilot Studio Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Copilot Studio Developer to join our growing team. This role focuses on designing, building, and deploying intelligent conversational agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders across divisions to translate business needs into scalable, ethical, and user-centric AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement intelligent copilots using Copilot Studio and Power Platform tools.
  • Build and manage custom topics, triggers, and multi-turn dialogues to support dynamic user interactions.
  • Integrate copilots with external data sources and APIs using Power Automate, Dataverse, and Microsoft Graph API.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored copilot experiences.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, performant, and compliant with enterprise governance and AI ethics.
  • Stay current with new features and best practices in Copilot Studio and the broader Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Develop reusable components and contribute to a shared agent catalog.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Fx, and Dataverse.
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph API, Teams integration, and conversational design.
  • Understanding of prompt engineering, plugin orchestration, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Familiarity with Copilot Studio licensing, environment setup, and cost allocation models.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in building solutions with Power Platform or similar low-code tools.
  • Experience in client-facing roles or consulting environments.
  • Certifications such as PL-900, AI-900, or MS-4010/4014/4022 are a plus.
