Back Office Support

About the Role

 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Service Sales Representative to support our sales operations and ensure smooth coordination between clients, sales teams, and internal departments. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes while contributing directly to sales performance and customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team

• Prepare and process sales orders, contracts, and service documentation

• Handle customer inquiries related to services, pricing, and order status

• Maintain and update customer and sales records in ERP system

• Coordinate with internal departments (finance, logistics, service teams)

• Support sales reporting, forecasts, and performance tracking

• Ensure accuracy and compliance with company procedures

 

Requirements

• Previous experience in back office, sales support, or customer service (preferred)

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP system

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Team-oriented mindset with a customer-focused approach
