Great news! We are currently seeking a Marketing Programs & Communication Specialist that will be based onsite at our Vaughan Headquarters.
Job Summary
As the Marketing Programs & Communication Specialist, you will play a valuable role in providing day-to-day administration and coordination of customer-focused programs and marketing enablement tools, leveraging Smartsheet, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe, Excel and other platforms to ensure accurate tracking, compliance, documentation and ongoing program support and assisting with marketing activities in the Canadian market.
With a particular focus on the ASSA ABLOY High Security brand portfolio, you will serve as a primary contact for program support while liaising with our Canadian sales team, pricing and finance teams and US partners to ensure successful brand and product launches, pricing and product updates and changes and ongoing customer engagement in the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and administer the AASP [ASSA ABLOY Security Partner], Loyalty/Rebate Programs, MDF [Marketing Development Program] and other relevant customer-focused programs
- Assist sales with creating materials and data to use for business review and mid-year sales meetings, coordinating approvals for use of marketing funds, claims processing, tracking fund balances and program compliance
- Coordinate cross-functional and cross-border collaboration, working with sales, marketing, pricing and finance teams to support the ASSA ABLOY High Security portfolio and other brands and to support marketing activities and ongoing communication initiatives
- Monitor, measure and report on program performance and engagement, preparing reports, catalogue and price book administration, and updates for stakeholders such as sales and category managers, participating in regional sales calls and supporting content development
- Assist in content creation and delivery of marketing activities via our marketing automation platform and content that support customer marketing and business development initiatives
Education and Experience
- University or College degree in business administration, financial administration or digital marketing
- 2+ years’ experience and comfort with Microsoft 36, including programs such as Smartsheet, Excel, Adobe [e-signature and content creation], marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- 2+ years’ experience in managing and administrating sales and/or marketing activity programs, developing and running marketing automation activities
- 2+ years working in marketing department or finance and administration of commercial B2B environments
- Comfort communicating with small and large groups of diverse people and skillsets
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience creating and delivering engaging content and program updates and reports
- Proficient English communication skills
- Demonstrated excellence in writing, proofreading and editing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to complete assignments with a sense of urgency and interact with both internal and external customers
- Must be self-motivated and have the ability to meet specified deadlines

The estimated expected compensation range for this role is $60,000 - $70,000
