Ewa Halley becomes new COO of ASSA ABLOY (Schweiz) AG

ASSA ABLOY (Schweiz) AG appoints Ewa Halley as Chief Operating Officer (COO) as of 1 June 2026. She will succeed Aristidis Kotarelas, who will be taking on a new role within the ASSA ABLOY Group as VP & Head of Opening Solutions Middle East and will be moving to Dubai.
Ewa Halley joined ASSA ABLOY in October 2022, when she was appointed as Head of Strategic Procurement. In this role, she has consistently developed the purchasing organisation and sustainably strengthened strategic supplier partnerships.
The graduate industrial engineer holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Digital Business Transformation (MAS Industry 4.0) and brings many years of management experience in purchasing and strategic procurement. Ewa Halley has been working in procurement since 1998. Between 2005 and 2018, she was head of procurement at Betty Bossi AG. She held positions at other companies, including Kunststoff Schwanden and Netstal Maschinen, before joining ASSA ABLOY.
