Demir Imeroski takes over the management of the Hamburg branch

Demir Imeroski has been part of ASSA ABLOY (Schweiz) AG since 1 March 2020. In his role to date as Head of Client Operations, he has been responsible for the strategic management, continuous optimisation and quality assurance of all operational processes in Customer Support. Under his leadership, central processes were further developed and service orientation was sustainably strengthened.

Taking over management of the branch in Hamburg is a natural next step in his career. Last year, in his role as Integration Manager for the GfS integration, Demir Imeroski was able to further expand his experience in Germany and gain in-depth knowledge of the site and its structures. Thanks to his solid operational expertise, strong customer focus and entrepreneurial understanding, he has the ideal prerequisites for successfully developing the branch and further consolidating its market position in northern Germany.

Demir Imeroski has an extensive background in Industry, Operations and Customer Organisation. Before joining ASSA ABLOY, he worked at Gehrig Group AG as a project manager and later as Head of Internal Sales. Building on his technical background and business management qualifications, he took on specialist and leadership responsibilities early on and has continuously expanded his skills over the last 20 years through progressive further training and studies.
